Housed in recently converted outbuildings in the grounds of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse, the Hayloft is a well appointed contemporary property full of space and character.
A bright and airy first floor apartment, it has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, huge open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with fabulous countryside views.
The bedrooms comprise one double room with 5ft (UK Kingsize) bed and one twin room with two single (3ft) beds. Both have wardrobes, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers whilst the master bedroom also has a dressing table and chair.
The living/dining area has a large digital TV with HDMI and USB connectivty, Bluray/DVD player, Ipod dock, huge comfy sofas and a big farmhouse table and chairs.
The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and clothes washer/dyer.
The bathroom has a toilet, basin and bath with shower over.
There's a great south west facing balcony with fabulous views over the surrounding fields all the way to the Malvern hills, bringing the outside in and perfectly positioned for enjoying sunny afternoons and stunning sunsets.
The vaulted ceilings add character whilst the rooms remain light and airy as the main ceiling is nearly 8ft high. Guests tell us that the Hayloft is much larger than the photos suggest.
Free WI Fi internet access is provided, subject to terms and conditions.
There's use of an iron and ironing board as well as onsite parking and secure storage for bikes if required.
Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a welcome pack comprising initial supplies of toilets and essential groceries. If you're not sure whether you need to bring it with you, just ask.
With 30 acres of private grounds to explore and footpaths galore leading straight from the door, this is a great place to experience the countryside at its best.
Although it sleeps 4 people, the Hayloft can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests for eating and relaxing so you can book in combination with the Byre or Dairy or both, allowing everyone to eat and relax together before going to separate properties to sleep.
The Hayloft is Visit England 5* rated.
